Our farm offers two horse pastures for rent. For either pasture, we will feed once per day in the winter (you provide feed). We will also provide round hay bales at $75 each as needed. Oak Bowery Farms is located on the Lee/Chambers County Line, Hwy 431, between Opelika and Lafayette, AL. It is a 16-mile drive from Auburn University Vet School.
This farm has been in the Lovell family for over 40 years.
South Pasture - Currently Rented
- 10 total acres; 6 in pasture and 4 in woods
- Barn with 3 stalls, tack room, and one covered feeding area
- Running water and electricity at barn
- Places to ride seasonally (as many as 800 acres available in non-hunting seasons)
North Pasture - Currently Available
- 6 total acres; 5 in pasture and 1 in woods
- Run-in shelter with hay ring
- Electricity and water spigot on site
- $300/month for up to 2 horses and $100/month per additional horse
